Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and contact potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and research.
- Sales & Customer Engagement: Present our products/services, answer queries, and close sales (Inside Sales) or schedule follow-ups (Telecaller).
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update leads, and manage follow-ups.
- Achieve Targets: Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets.
- Collaborate: Work with the sales team to align on strategies and improve the customer experience.
Requirements:
- 3+ year experience in sales, excellent communication skills, CRM experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills, customer-oriented, ability to meet call targets.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
